Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Custom Pieces: Due to the handmade nature of our work, custom orders require additional time for design, creation, and curing. Processing times vary based on complexity:

Simple custom pieces: 2-3 weeks
Standard custom pieces: 3-4 weeks
Complex or detailed commissions: 4-6 weeks

You will be notified of your specific timeline when your custom order is confirmed.

Shipping Times & Costs

Once your order is processed, shipping times depend on your location:

Domestic (Canada):

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

United States:

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days

International:

Standard Shipping: 14-30 business days depending on destination
Expedited Shipping: 7-14 business days depending on destination

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges vary by destination and are determined by local customs authorities—we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.

Cross-Border Shipments: Please be aware that customs processing may add additional time to your delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

Tracking & Insurance

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your package ships. Insurance is included for orders over CAD 100 to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos if applicable. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
