Care & Handling for Handmade Clay Items
Sleepy Eve Studio’s pieces are handmade and delicate, crafted with care for lasting beauty. Proper handling and storage will help preserve your clay items, magnets, charms, and other creations.

Q1: Are Sleepy Eve Studio’s handmade items returnable?
A: Some ready-to-ship items are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Q2: How should I care for my clay items?
A: All items are handmade and delicate, so gentle handling is key. Avoid water, heat, and direct sunlight, and clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Q3: How do workshop transfers or cancellations work?
A: Workshop spots may be transferred to another participant or credited toward a future event if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Q4: How long will shipping take?
A: Shipping times depend on your location.
Domestic shipments are typically faster, while international shipping may take longer and could incur customs fees. For full shipping details, see our Shipping Policy.
Q5: Do you ship handmade clay items to the United States?
A: Yes! Currently, all handmade clay art is classified under HS code 9703 and can be shipped to the U.S. using ChitChats/USPS with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so customs and taxes are handled for you.
Please note that non-sculpture items, such as tools or hardware, are not shipped to the U.S. at this time.
This policy will be revisited as we expand our product offerings in the future.
